Change The World - Our April worship series
Change the World -- Our April Message Series
Sundays, April 7 - 28
After the resurrection of Jesus, the disciples were inspired to Change the World. Through the month of April, we'll embrace the stories of the early Church and how they expanded the mission and ministry of Jesus!
Coming Sunday, April 28
Change the World: Look at Us
Acts 3:1-10 / As we celebrate Confirmation Sunday, remember how Peter & John say, “Look at us” to a lame beggar before offering what they have, healing! The people were filled with wonder and amazement! May we celebrate what Jesus is doing in our lives and Change the World for him!

50 Days of prayer March 31 - May 19
Easter was early this year, giving us the whole month of April to focus on how we can Change the World in our own way. Through opportunities in worship, study, and service, we'll follow the lead of the early Church, and learn from them how to be transformational in our world as well.
Check out this flyer we'll share in worship on Easter morning. In it, you’ll find several opportunities to get engaged and come alongside FaithWestwood over the next several weeks and beyond.
50 Days of Prayer
In the flyer, there's also a calendar with daily scripture as we begin a special prayer focus between now and Pentecost.

What is a Faithgroup?
FaithGroups: Creating Small Caring Communities That Love and Serve Jesus Together
Becoming a deep, daring, and daily disciple is a life-long journey. If you are looking for people to share your faith and life with, a FaithGroup is the place for you.
Most groups meet weekly for a time of fellowship, study, and prayer. Some groups meet year-round, some are just starting up again after summer, and some are short-term groups based on a particular topic.
There are many FaithGroups looking for new participants. If you're interested in connecting with a FaithGroup, reach out to Pastor Cindi by email to cindi.stewart@faithwestwood.com.
