My Role at FaithWestwood
I facilitate opportunities for our middle and high school students to encounter and engage with God. It is my heart to set a foundation for our students’ faith by providing a safe environment where they can ask questions within their own faith family.
My Background in Faith
I was blessed to be raised in the church, but it wasn’t until later in life that I realized the call for ministry had been placed on my heart, and it became clear that I wanted to be intentional in my relationship with God. I enrolled in seminary and graduated with a Master of Arts in Children and Family Ministry from Bethel Seminary in St. Paul, Minnesota in May 2018. I joined FaithWestwood in ministry in May 2016.
Why I Love Our Church
One of my favorite attributes of FaithWestwood is that we’re relational and generational. FaithWestwood is my faith family and has journeyed with me through the valleys and peaks that come with life. They have loved me all the same. I am so blessed to not only work but also to worship at FaithWestwood.
A Bit About Me: My immediate family consists of my four-legged child, Maxine, a golden retriever. I enjoy doing just about anything outdoors, including hiking, kayaking, and camping. During the warmer months, you can catch me laying in my hammock or sitting around a campfire.
